Your people are the
most targeted attack surface.
Router ID User Protection Bundles combine MFA enforcement, endpoint security, and EmailShield DMARC protection into a single managed plan — so your team stays secure without the complexity.
Three layers of defense, one managed plan
Most small and mid-size businesses are exposed on three fronts simultaneously: stolen credentials, unprotected devices, and spoofed email domains. User Protection Bundles address all three in a single, fully managed engagement — no internal IT team required.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
We configure and enforce MFA across your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment, eliminating the single biggest cause of account takeover.
Endpoint Security
Managed endpoint protection deployed across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices — with continuous monitoring and threat response included.
EmailShield — DMARC Protection
Our EmailShield service configures DMARC, SPF, and DKIM on your domain and moves you to p=reject in 30 days — permanently blocking email spoofing and phishing sent in your name.
EmailShield — included in Advanced and Elite bundles
Advanced and Elite bundle subscribers receive our full EmailShield DMARC service — because email is the most common entry point for phishing, business email compromise, and domain spoofing attacks. EmailShield moves your domain from an unprotected p=none policy to full p=reject enforcement in 30 days, permanently blocking unauthorized senders from impersonating your domain.
EmailShield — What Gets Protected
Once EmailShield is active, any email that fails DMARC authentication — including spoofed messages from attackers — is rejected before it ever reaches your customers, partners, or employees. Essentials subscribers can add EmailShield as a standalone upgrade at any time.

Common questions about User Protection Bundles
What is included in every bundle?
Every User Protection Bundle includes three core components: MFA setup and enforcement across your email platform (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), endpoint security deployment across your devices, and EmailShield DMARC protection for your domain. The difference between tiers is the depth of monitoring, response time, and the additional services layered on top.
How is EmailShield different from just setting up a DMARC record myself?
Setting a DMARC record at p=none takes five minutes, but it does nothing to stop spoofing — it only monitors. Moving safely to p=reject requires a full audit of every sending source, correct SPF and DKIM alignment across all of them, and a careful gradual rollout to avoid blocking legitimate mail. EmailShield handles the entire process and monitors your domain on an ongoing basis so that configuration drift, new sending sources, or spoofing attempts are caught immediately.
How long does onboarding take?
Most implementations are complete within two weeks. MFA configuration and endpoint deployment typically take 3–5 business days. The EmailShield DMARC rollout runs in parallel and reaches p=reject enforcement within 30 days, following a safe gradual progression through p=none and p=quarantine to confirm all legitimate mail streams are authenticated before full enforcement is applied.
Do I need an internal IT team to manage this?
No. User Protection Bundles are fully managed services. Our team handles all configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. You receive regular reports in plain English — no technical background required to understand your security posture. If something needs your attention, we will tell you exactly what it is and what to do.
Which bundle is right for my business?
Essentials is the right starting point for businesses with 1–50 employees that need core protection in place without complexity. Advanced is designed for growing companies that need deeper visibility, proactive threat detection, and regular strategic reviews. Elite is built for organizations with higher risk profiles, compliance requirements, or those that want a dedicated security advisor and incident response coverage on retainer. If you are unsure, request a free assessment and we will recommend the right fit.
Are there long-term contracts?
No long-term contracts are required. All User Protection Bundles are available on a month-to-month basis. Annual billing options are available at a discount for businesses that prefer to commit for the full year. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
